Yes. We issue a first mortgage lien postion which is recorded in the county the property is located. The drafting and recording of all loan documents are handled through our attorney.
Most of our lending partners choose to have their interest paid upon the end of the loan term in a lump sum along with the initial principal balance or to have the interest paid quarterly over the duration of the loan. If you prefer a different option, please contact us to discuss.
WestCap Holdings LLC uses all loan procedes towards the remodel, acquisiton, maintenance, or construction of multi-family and commercial income properties.
Loan amounts are determined based on the value of the property therefore we do not have a minimum or maximum amount.
WestCap Holdings LLC takes numerous steps to assure our investments are protected which also protects our lenders. We do extensive research before acquiring a property to ensure that it will support our cash flow requirements. By improving the properties we own, we not only are able to increase the rental income we receive, but we also increase the properties value and appreciation potential making the money you lend even safer over time. We also insure our properties for full replacement in case of any catastrophic damage.
